Booking a Session

What?

A session of spiritual direction lasts one hour. We begin by lighting a candle to signify the sacred space being set aside and follow with silence. The standing question we ask is, “how is it with your soul today?” We then allow the prompting of the spirit to guide our discussion.

Where?

I offer sessions virtually via zoom or in person in Nashville, TN.

How much?

A one hour session is $75-$150. You may choose what amount you are able to pay from that range. I accept payments via venmo, cash app, or zelle.

Confidentiality 

I will hold our conversations in strict confidence. Our time together is sacred. I will not reveal the content of our conversations except at times anonymously for peer consultation in order to ensure I can offer you the best support or unless I am required to do so by law or court order. On the other hand, you are free to share whatever you choose about our conversations with anyone. 

Cancellation

24-hour notice by text or email is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If you provide less than 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule, and if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled session, you will be considered a no-show and will be expected to pay for the scheduled appointment time (exceptions are sickness and emergencies).
